Pick up From Paro Airport to Thimphu is a unique city with unusual mixture of modern development alongside ancient traditions. With the population of about 90,000, it is perhaps still the world’s only capital city without a traffic light. Evening time can be spent strolling through the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts bazaar, to browse through example of Bhutan's fine traditional arts. Here you can buy hand-woven textiles, thangkha paintings, masks, ceramics, slate and woodcarvings, Jewellery, interesting items made from local materials. Overnight at the hotel in Thimphu. (Altitude 2,320m)

After breakfast visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue) a place for refreshing with a huge statue of Buddha Dordenma on the top of the Kuensel Phodrang.
Handicraft Emporium, National Library, Changangkha Monastery, Zorig Chugsum(institute of 13 Different Arts & Crafts), Textile Museum, National Memorial Chorten (Monument), Craft Gallery, Folk Heritage Museum.
Afternoon visit Takin Preserve Centre ( The national animal of Bhutan named TAKIN mixture of goat & Cattle and the only animal not found in the rest of the world.) .In the evening visit Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion), Craft Bazaar Market.

After Breakfast Drive to Paro Visit…
Simtokha Dzong : The 1st Dzong Of Bhutan made by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in the year 1629 AD.
National Museum of Bhutan: Situated right above Rinpung Dzong in Paro, the National Museum of Bhutan is a house that showcases Bhutan’s culture. Built in 1968, the museum stands inside the ancient Ta-dzong building. The museum houses the collection of finest specimens of Bhutanese culture and art and its highlights are paintings and some bronze statues, which are simply masterpieces
Rinpung Dzong - Built in 1646 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal , the first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan. The Dzong houses the monastic body of Paro, the office of the Dzongda (district administrative head) and Thrimpon (judge) of Paro district.

After a Healthy Breakfast Enjoy a thrilling Hike to Tiger’s Nest today as per your Bhutan travel itinerary. The day presents you an incredible hike to Tiger’s Nest. The ascent is an easy one and you can reach the top in almost 3 hours, if you are an enthusiastic trekker. Beginners might take a little more time.
Tiger’s Nest: Also known as Taktshang Monastery is a monastery that is perched on a cliff and offers you spectacular scenery of blue pine and rhododendrons forest. Legends state that Guru Rinpoche (also Believe as a Second Buddha by locals ) flew to this site riding on a female tiger ( tigress’) back to subdue a local demon and Later he meditated there for three months.
